Seas the Day is a 1-bedroom condo new to the Turks and Caicos booming rental market. Located in the heart of Grace Bay, the condo is central to everything ‘happening’; shopping, fine dining or local restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, delicatessen’s, and grocery stores. A five-minute walk away through a nearby beach access, and you’ll find yourself digging your toes into sugar fine white sand, while gazing at the azure blue waters of world-famous Grace Bay Beach.
To enjoy all that the famed Grace Bay Road has to offer, exit the property and go either left, right, or directly across the street to enjoy a myriad of coffee and gift shops, as well as restaurants and bars. The grocery store is about an 8-minute walk away.
The neighboring Salt Mills Plaza host a variety of shops from cafes, art shops, clothing stores, and even a police outpost. You will also be delighted to know that the world-renowned charity dog rescue, Potcake Place, is also located just across the street in Salt Mills Plaza. VILLA POLICIES

• Security Deposit: Statement of Liability signed on arrival, a credit card must be provided as security for keys to be released.
• Check-In time: 4 pm
• Check-Out time: 10 am
• No smoking policy inside the house.
• 5 night minimum in high season between Saturday to Saturday.
• Cleaning fee is $200 for all stays of one week or less. Villa is cleaned before and after your stay. Light midweek clean included on any 7 night stay.
• Garden and pool and trash service once per week
• Children of all ages are welcome
• Optional A/C: Should you opt to use air con, meters are read on your arrival and departure. You will be charged the going island rate during the time of your stay.
